Returns and Cancelations Policy

Cancelations policy: 

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact me in the <contact> section of my website within 24 hours of purchasing. Orders will be processed as expected after 24 hours. 

Returns/Refund policy: 

I usually do not provide refunds/exchanges unless you have not received your order, or it arrives damaged. If this is the case with your order, please contact me within 3 weeks (2 months for international orders) of purchasing to request for a refund. If your order arrives damaged, I require the merchandise to be shipped back to me before a refund/exchange can be issued.  Since the majority of my pieces are one of kind, I usually do not provide exchanges unless you ordered something with multiple quantities.

shipping policy:

The customer is expected to pay for all shipping costs and customs fees. (If applicable.) In the event of a return/exchange, the customer is expected to pay the shipping costs. Please keep in mind, in the event of a refund, shipping costs are non-refundable.
